刮板输送机动力学问题的差分数值解法与计算机仿真 被引量:8

Difference numerical solution and computer simulation of dynamic problems of the scraper conveyor

摘要 针对小型刮板输送机链条动张力的计算,考虑到链条速度和运行阻力变化的影响.建立了刮板输送机的动力学方程。通过引入自由边界和牵引链输入位移边界、链条上下分支的动张力和位移连续条件,得出了完整的动力学模型,采用差分方法给出了其求解方法;运用MATLAB编制了求解程序,以ASC-13型刮板输送机为例分析了链条上张力变化,并进行计算机仿真,得出了动张力的变化特征。该方法在结构简单、长度较短的刮板输送机上的计算结果和实际结果较吻合。 Against the calculation of the chain dynamic tension of themmi scraper conveyor and considering the influence of the chain velocity and the running resistance, the dynamic equations for scraper conveyor are built. Introducing free boundary, input displacement boundary of the tracting chain, the dynamic tension and the displacement continuity condition of upper and lower parts of the chain, the dynamic model is completely formed and solved by difference method. Making the program by MATLAB and taking the ASC-13 scraper conveyor as an example, the chain tension changes have been analyzed and simulated and the characteristics of dynamic tension have been concluded. The calculation result of this method applied to the simple shorter scraper conveyor has almost conformed to the fact.
