摘要
研究了软启动装置的驱动特性,分析了软启动对减轻链子动负荷、缩短启动时间、减少启动电流对电网的冲击等一系列优点。根据我国情况探讨了适合重、大型输送机的软启动装置。
In comparison with rigid driven, the soft driven device has many advantages. With the increasing power of AFC, the advantages of the soft driven device will be more obvious. Therefore it is necessary for high power AFC and belt conveyor to equip with the soft driven device. Due to an open system of the speed control coupling and clutch, the oil tank is directly opened to air and the inner pressure will not be increased with increasing temperature of the coupling. So there is no oil leakage due to no failue of oil sealing. As for the isssue of short driven torque, if it has a Mk=2.7 Me single speed motor with a speed control coupling, it can meet the requirements of Mk= 2. 6 Me at the initial driven. If an overload occured in the runing operation, the motor could be in normal operation condition to allow the conveyor discharging. There will not be a downtime occured. In addition, if couplings equiped with load feedback control system, the power output of the conveyor could be adjusted and there will be energy saving obtained.
