摘要 通过对618名中学骨干教师工作满意度的调查表明:中学骨干教师总体自我实现满意度得分最高,工作强度满意度得分最低;男教师总体工作满意度得分低于女教师,差异有统计学显著性;工作—家庭冲突既可以对工作满意度产生直接影响,也可以通过教学效能感和压力反应两个中介变量对工作满意度产生间接影响。男教师的直接影响权重低于女教师。由此可见,中学骨干教师的工作满意度水平存在性别差异,工作—家庭冲突是降低工作满意度的一个重要因素之一,教学效能感和压力反应在工作家庭冲突与工作满意度之间的关系中起着重要的中介作用机制。 A survey of 618 middle school key teachers' job satisfaction shows that the self-fulfilling has the highest score, but the intensity of work has the lowest score ;the male teachers have lower score than the female in total work satisfaction,exhibiting a difference of statistical significance;work-family conflict can have a direct impact on job-satisfaction, can also have indirect effects through the sense of teaching efficacy and stress reaction which act as two intermediary variables on job satisfaction. The direct effect of male teachers of the regression coefficients is lower than that of female teachers.So there are gender differences in the level of job satisfaction of middle school key teachers. Work-family conflict is one of the important factors influencing job satisfaction,teaching efficacy and stress response play an intermediary role in the relationship.
