摘要
我国开展高等教育专业认证二十年来,湖南省高校专业认证呈现出迅速发展的良好态势,认证水平位于全国前列,高校通过专业认证受益良多。同时,也存在着高校参与专业认证意识较弱、"重认证轻整改"现象较为普遍、通过认证的院校和专业分布不均衡、区域内专业认证或评估的实践探索有待加强等几方面的问题。针对这些问题,文章提出了全省组建各类专业评估或认证委员会、建立省高校本科专业动态监测和综合评价系统、建立高校专业质量评估结果发布制度、本科专业预警退出和动态调整机制、高校专业认证信息管理系统和专业认证的激励机制等建议。
In recent years, the higher education specialized and professional accreditation in Hunan Province has developed rapidly, and the quantity and quality of which is among the highest in China. Higher education in Hunan benefits a lot from the accreditation. However, there are issues like weak consciousness of college involvement, ineffectiveness of correction, uneven distribution of accredited colleges and professions, and weakness in practice in local professional accreditation. The paper suggests that the commission of accreditation should be set up, the systems of professional accreditation such as dynamic monitor, comprehensive estimation, result release, warning and retreating, dynamic adjusting and information management should be created, and incentive mechanism should be established.
