低氧与子宫内膜异位症发生的相关性研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)是生育期女性常见疾病,其发病机制尚不清楚。近年来研究显示,低氧对月经期子宫内膜修复起着重要的作用;痛经导致的低氧影响子宫内膜微循环;月经期脱落的内膜细胞进入腹腔处于低氧环境,需抗凋亡及获得血管新生才能在腹腔种植形成病灶。异常低氧可导致子宫内膜生理调节功能发生改变,从而形成EMs的病理基础。综述低氧及低氧诱导因子(hypoxia inducible factor,HIF)对EMs形成的启动作用,为EMs研究和治疗提供新方向。
