摘要 目的检测缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)中的表达,探讨其在EMs发病机制中的作用。方法取68例EMs的异位内膜、20例在位内膜和20例正常子宫内膜标本,用免疫组化SP法检测HIF-1α蛋白的表达情况,并用组织学评分对其结果进行半定量统计,比较其表达强度。结果HIF-1α主要定位于腺上皮细胞的胞浆中。EMs患者中异位内膜组表达强度显著高于在位内膜组及对照组(P<0.01),各组中分泌期与增生期表达强度比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论HIF-1α在EMs患者中的表达显著升高,推测HIF-1α与EMs的发病密切相关。 Objective To detect the expression ofhypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in endometriosis and explore the possible role of HIF-1α in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods Imrnunohistochemistry was performed to examine the expression of HIF-1α in 20 normal endometrium, 20 ectopic endometrium and 68 eutopic endometrium specimens from 68 endometriosis patients, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results The expression of H1F-1α was significantly increased in ectopic endometrium than in normal endometrium (P〈0.01), and the expression did not undergo changes with the normal menstrual cycle in the three types of endometrium. Conclusion HIF-1α expression increases in ectopic endometrium, suggesting that HIF-1α plays an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis,
