摘要
目的探究子痫前期高龄产妇胎盘低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)蛋白水平与外周血血管性假血友病性因子(vWF)浓度的相关性,为及时有效预防子痫的发生提供实验室依据。方法对30例正常分娩高龄产妇(A组)、35例子痫前期轻度高龄产妇(B组)、41例子痫前期重度高龄产妇(C组)的HIF-1α蛋白水平与外周血vWF浓度进行测定,并分析HIF-1α蛋白水平与vwF浓度的相关性。结果 B组、C组的HIF-1α蛋白水平、vWF浓度显著高于A组,(B组:t_1=13.194,P_1=0.000;t_2=4.856,P_2=0.000。C组:t_1=17.441,P_1=0.000;t_2=9.156,P_2=0.000);C组的HIF-1α蛋白水平、vWF浓度显著高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(t_1=9.681,P_1=0.000;t_2=4.899,P_2=0.000)。Spearman相关性分析显示,vWF浓度与子痫前期的病情程度(r=0.288,P=0.000)、HIF-1α蛋白水平(r=0.410,P=0.000)均呈显著正相关关系。结论子痫前期高龄产妇的胎盘HIF-1α蛋白水平与外周血vWF浓度明显升高,二者可能共同参与子痫前期的发生和发展。
Objective To investigate the correlation between hypoxia induced factor-1α( HIF-1α) protein level in the placenta and concentration of von Willbrand Factor ( vWF) in peripheral blood of aged puerpera in pre-eclampsia, so as to provide laboratory basis for preventing the happening of eclampsia timely and effectively .Methods The HIF-1αprotein level and concentration of vWF of peripheral blood in 30 cases of aged normal delivery (group A), 35 cases of aged puerpera with mild pre-eclampsia (group B) and 41 cases of aged puerpera with severe pre-eclampsia (group C) were measureed, and the correlation between HIF-1αprotein level and the concentration of vWF was analyzed .Results The HIF-1αprotein level and the concentration of vWF of group B and group C were significantly higher than those of group A(group B:t1 =13.194,P1 =0.000;t2 =4.856,P2 =0.000.group C:t1 =17.441,P1 =0.000;t2 =9.156,P2 =0.000). The HIF-1αprotein level and the concentration of vWF of group C were significantly higher than those of group B (t1 =9.681,P1 =0.000;t2 =4.899,P2 =0.000).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the concentration of vWF was positively correlated with the illness severity of pre-eclampsia (r=0.288,P=0.000) and HIF-1αprotein level (r=0.410,P=0.000).Conclusion The HIF-1αprotein level and the concentration of vWF of aged puerpera in pre-eclampsia increase significantly , and they may act synergistically in development and progression of pre-eclampsia.
