摘要
中国水产品贸易发展迅速,水产品在农产品贸易中的比重日益增加。然而,贸易量增加的同时,养殖品遭受进口国各种非关税壁垒的次数也在不断增加。基于对水产业发展和中国水产品遭受反倾销反补贴以及技术性贸易壁垒的情况分析,从短期和长期两个角度研究水产品遭受非关税壁垒会影响水产业发展。在对长期和短期所产生的不同效应的分析基础上,从政府和企业两方面提出对策建议。
Chinese aquatic product trade has developed rapidly, increasing the proportion of aquatic product in aquatic product trade. However, as the increase of trade volume, the times of aquatic products suffering from various non-tariff barriers in importing countries has also increased. Based on the analysis of aquaculture development and the anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and technical trade barriers suffered by aquatic product of China, this paper researches the non-tariff barriers suffered by aquatic product and its effect to the development of aquaculture from both short-term and long-term perspectives. Based on the analysis of different long-term and short- term effects, suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of the government and enterprises.
