摘要
随着中国社会经济的飞速发展和国民生活水平的不断提高,消费者对水产品的需求已从单纯追求数量转向更多地追求质量与安全。近年来,中国小龙虾生产及消费市场持续升温,探讨如何加强质量安全监管,更有效地提升质量安全水平,具有重要的现实意义。通过采用态势分析法(SWOT),从优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等4个方面评价中国小龙虾产品的质量安全现况,进而提出了完善行业标准、加强质量监管力度、引导品牌建设和建立质量评估专家库等建议,以期提高小龙虾产品品质,进一步推动小龙虾产业健康发展。
With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, people’s demand for aquatic food has changed from purely pursuing quantity to pursuing quality and safety.In recent years, the production and consumption market of crayfish has been continuously warming up.It is of great practical significance to explore how to effectively improve quality and safety of crayfish and strengthen quality supervision.Based on the development of Chinese crayfish industry, this paper uses SWOT to analyze the quality and safety of Chinese crayfish from four aspects: advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats.The conclusion is that it is necessary to strengthen quality supervision, improve industry standards, guide brand building and establish a quality evaluation expert bank, so as to promote the healthy development of crayfish industry, to effectively improve the quality of crayfish products and create high-quality green products.
