摘要
根据潍坊市城市配送中心的功能定位与选址原则,对潍坊市各大物流园区实际情况进行分析,运用专家意见法确定潍坊市城市配送中心的相关评价因素与初步候选方案,利用层次分析法对候选方案进行优化,确定潍坊市城市配送中心的最优方案,研究成果对合理规划潍坊市城市配送中心具有一定指导意义。
In this paper, in accordance with the functional positioning and location allocation principle of the distribution centers in urban Weifang, we analyzed the actual situation of the major logistics parks in Weifang, then determined the relevant evaluation factors and preliminary candidate solutions concerning the location of the distribution centers in urban Weifang using the expert scoring process, and used the AHP tO optimize the solutions, the result of which was of certain referential significance to the reasonable urban planning of the city.
