摘要
考虑时间、协作性、安全可靠性和成本等因素,给出了应急系统选址问题的模型,并利用模拟退火算法进行求解。通过实例计算,确定应急系统选址的最佳组合方案,表明了模拟退火算法求解此类问题的有效性。
The paper incorporates facton such as time,coordination,safety and reliability and cost,etc.into the optimization model for the location of emergency response systems and works it out using the simulated annealing algorithm.Through a numerical example,it is found that the algorithm is capable of determining the optimal mix of locations for an emergency response facility.
