摘要
为应对福州A物流中心不断下降的市场地位和日益严峻的物流市场竞争,文章对城市快消品配送业务的运营模式进行模糊性综合评价分析,其中提出了5类、15项要素构成的评判因素集及5个评判等级,由行业内专家确定权重指标,建立评价矩阵并计算综合隶属度来分析城市快消品配送业务运营模式。结果表明,其总体水平降低,急需改进运营模式和保障性建设。
In order to deal with the declining market position of Fuzhou A logistics center and the increasingly severe competition in the logistics market,this paper makes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and Analysis on the operation mode of the city's FMCG distribution business,and puts forward the evaluation factor set composed of 5 categories and 15 elements and 5 evaluation grades.The experts in the industry determine the weight index,establish the evaluation matrix and calculate the comprehensive membership.To analyze the operation mode of urban FMCG distribution business.The results show that the overall level is reduced,and it is urgent to improve the operation mode and support construction.
