摘要
为提高废旧家电回收企业管理绩效,提出一种基于双层规划的废旧家电回收站选址方法。考虑到回收企业和家电用户对回收站选址的不同要求,建立了以企业总费用最小化和回收量最大化为上层目标、以用户综合运送满意度最大化为下层目标的双层规划模型。利用该模型可以确定回收站的开设数量、位置及其服务用户,更加有利于废旧家电的回收管理。为便于模型应用,给出了上层模型的功效系数算法,阐述了所建模型的总体求解思路。最后,通过算例验证了模型和算法的有效性。
To improve management performance of recycling enterprises,an appropriate colloction station location choice based on bi-level programming is proposed for waste household electrical appliance return.Synthetically taking into account the different requirements between recycling enterprises and appliance users in collocation station site selection,a bi-level programming model is developed,which takes the minimum total cost and the maximum collection as the upper target and the max imum satisfaction of the users as the lower target.The model is beneficial to determine the number of establishing collection stations,location and the served users and more beneficial to the waste household appliances recycling management.In order to facilitate the application of the proposed model,the efficiency coefficient computation method for upper model is given and the comprehensive solving idea for bi-level model is introduced.Finally the effectiveness of the model and its algorithm is verified by an example.
