摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中Ki-67的表达与ER、Cerb B-2之间的关联。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测129例乳腺癌组织中Ki-67、ER、Cerb B-2的表达情况,并进行相关性分析。结果:129例乳腺癌患者中Ki-67阳性占61.24%,Ki-67表达与ER表达强度无显著相关性(χ2=5.987,P=0.112),Ki-67表达与Cerb B-2表达强度呈正相关性(χ2=11.918,P=0.008)。结论:Ki-67与ER、C-erb B-2联合检测,可提高乳腺癌预后的准确性。
Objective： To investigate the expression of Ki-67 in breast cancer tissu and its correlation with ER and CerbB-2. Methods：lmmunohistochemistry was used to detect 129 cases of breast cancer tissue expression of Ki-67,ER,CerbB-2,and correlation analysis.Results：Ki-67 positive expression in t29 cases of breast cancer accounted for 61.24%,Ki-67 expression and ER expression intensity was no significant correlation （X2=5.987,P=0.112）,Ki-67 expression and CerbB-2 expression level was positively correlated （X2= 11.918,P=0.008）.Conclusion：Ki-67 and ER,C-erbB-2 in the detection of breast cancer can improve the accuracy of prognosis.
