摘要
应用抗Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌蛋白抗体对３０例前列腺癌进行研究，同时选取１０例正常前列腺组织作为对照。结果表明Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白与肿瘤分化程度有关。并可能对判断其生物学行为，评估预后有重要意义。
An immunochemical study using a polyclonal antibody against C-erb B-2 oncoprtein was carried out in 30 cases of prostatic cancer in 10 cases of normal prostate as controls.A significant difference in C-erb B-2 expression between highly and poorly differentiated prostatic cancer was noted.C-erb B-2 oncoprotein expression was believed to be related to tumor differentiation and might be of value in the assessment of the biological behaviour and prognosis of prostatic cancer.
