摘要
基于"定制式"的业余大专人才培养模式具有培养方案共同商定,以需求为主;教学计划量身制定,以实用为主;教学时间校企议定,以企业为主等基本特点,校企合作开展业余大专"定制式"人才培养能使高职院校、合作企业和企业一线员工均受益,但合作的实现和培养目标的达成并不容易,要受到校企双方及经济性和教学条件限制等诸多因素影响。
The mode of cultivating talent in part-time colleges based on the ＂ordered＂ mode has many characteristics, such as deciding the cultivating plan according to the requirement, forming the teaching plan according to the practice, discussing the teaching schedule according to the enterprise. Cultivating the talent in part-time colleges based on the ＂ordered＂ mode between the colleges and the enterprises could benefit the colleges, enterprises and the employees. However, it＇s difficult to realize the goal of cultivating talent, which is restrained by the colleges, enterprises, financial and teaching conditions.
