摘要
全国高校后勤集团所属的众多饭店作为服务行业的一个重要补充部分,其发展必然要与时俱进。建立基本培训体系,培养饭店需要的职业化、实用化一线员工,为企业创造更有价值的工作绩效是饭店培训工作的根本目的。本文探讨目前我国高校后勤集团所属的饭店一线员工培训中存在的主要问题,结合员工培训的新理念提出新的培训考核模式。
As an important complementary part of the service industry, the development of many hotels of Chinese university logistics groups is bound to keep pace with the times. It is the fundamental objective of staff training for these hotels to create more valuable job performance through establishing the basic training system and developing professional, practical front-line employees for enterprises.. This article explores the current main problems of the front-line staff training of the hotels of Chinese university logistics groups and puts forward a new training assessment mode based on a new concept of staff training.
