摘要
目的探讨抗凝治疗肺心病患者对缩短症状消失时间、减少不良反应的作用。方法选取2011年8月至2013年8月宣化钢铁公司职工医院收治的92例肺心病患者,依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组46例。给予对照组患者常规治疗,给予观察组患者常规治疗基础上的抗凝治疗。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率91.3%(42/46)明显比对照组71.7%(33/46)高(P<0.05),全血高切和低切粘度、红细胞聚集指数及比容、血浆粘度、F1+2、Fg、GMP-140、Pa CO2、Pa O2水平,均明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论抗凝治疗肺心病患者能够有效缩短症状消失时间、减少不良反应,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of anticoagulant therapy on shortening symptoms disappeared time and reducing adverse reactions of patients with pulmonary heart disease. Methods 92 patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 46 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group was given conventional treatment based on anticoagulant therapy. Results The total treatment efficiency of the observation group was 91. 3% （42/46）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 71. 7%） （ P〈0. 05 ） . The high and low shear whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and hematocrit, F1＋2, Fg, GMP-140, and the levels of PaCO2 and PaO2 were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion Anticoagulant therapy can effectively shorten the symptoms disappeared time and reduce adverse reactions of patients with pulmonary heart disease.
