摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立栀子药材的特征图谱,为栀子药材的质控提供依据。方法采用Phenomenex Luna C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液变波长梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,柱温35℃。结果通过测定10批不同批号栀子药材,标定9个共有峰,并通过"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2.0版",计算10批药材相似度均在0.9以上。结论此法重复性好,结果准确可靠,为更好地控制该药材的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective To establish the chromatographic fingerprints of Gardeniae Fructus by HPLC for its quality control.Methods The chromatographic fingerprints were determined on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of acetonitrile and 0.2 % phosphoric acid solution under changeable wavelength.The flow rate was 1mL/min and the column temperature was 35 ℃.Results Nine common peaks were selected from the fingerprints of 10 batches of Gardeniae Fructus.The similarities were calculated with Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Version 2.0).The similarities of 10 batches of medicinal material were proved to be higher than 0.9.Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable,and can be used in the quality control of Gardeniae Fructus.
