摘要
目的:建立栀子药材中栀子苷含量的检测方法。方法:采用SB-C18柱,以甲醇-水(23∶77,V/V)为流动相,柱温35℃、流速1.0 ml/min、检测波长240 nm。在此条件下,栀子苷可与样品中其他物质达到良好分离,进而对照标准曲线计算其含量。结果::所建立的方法线性范围可达2~10μg,平均加样回收率为101.2%、RSD为2.3%,5批栀子药材的栀子苷含量为0.910%~2.194%。结论:本研究建立的栀子苷检测方法,线性、稳定性、重现性及回收率均较为理想,可用于栀子药材及栀子苷分离纯化的质量控制。
Objective:To determine the content of jasminoidin in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis(GjE) by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods: A HPLC method was developed for quantitative determination of jasminoidin in GjE.The analysis was performed on a SB-C18 column,eluted with methanol/distilled water(23∶77,V/V).Column temperature,detected wavelength and flow rate was 35 ℃,240 nm and 1.0 ml/min respectively.Under the condition as described as above,the jasminoidin may be isolated effectively from GjE,and the content of jasminoidin in GjE was calculated according to the standard curve.Results:The range of linearity was from 2 to 10 μg,the average recovery rate was 101.2%,and the RSD was 2.3%.The content of jasminoidin in five-batch GjE was from 0.91% to 2.194%.Conclusion:The HPLC method established for quantitative determination of jasminoidin in GjE is very satisfactory with its linearity,stability,reproducibility and recovery rate,which is applicable to the quality evaluation of GjE and the quality control for extracting of jasminoidin.
