摘要
组织培养是解决郁金香种球繁殖系数低、品种易退化的主要方法。本文对郁金香组织培养过程中所涉及的关键影响因子进行综述,并对郁金香组培发展前景进行了讨论,以期为我国郁金香种球规模化生产提供参考。
Tissue culture technique is the main method to resolve the problems of degeneration and low propagation rate of tulip bulbs. This paper summarized the progress on key factors in tissue culture of tulip, and discussed the development prospect in tissue culture of tulip. Put forward to provide reference for large scale propagation of tulip in China.
