摘要
小苍兰茎尖在含3.0mg/LBA+0.2mg/LNAA的MS培养基上,可诱导出许多侧芽。侧芽转移至0.5mg/LIBA+0.5%活性炭的MS培养基,在13+2℃温度下培养1个月能诱导成小球茎。经电泳鉴定,试管球茎的可溶性蛋白质谱带与常规球茎的谱带完全相同。试管球移栽后约经7个月即可开花,其观赏性状完全稳定,花后成熟的大球达到商品球标准,可直接用于切花生产。
Shoot tips of Freesia hybrida cv. Aurora and Ballerina were induced tomany buds on MS medium added with3.0mg/L BA and0.2mg/L NAA,Tranferred intoMS medium added with0.5mgIBA and active carbon,these buds were induced to from cormels at l3±2℃ for one month.The results of the identification by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed no difference was found in the dissolvable protein patterns between the cormels and Original corms.It took about seven months for cormels toblossom after being transplanted to soil.Their ornamental characters were absolutelystable,The new corms harvested were big enough and came up to the standard of com-mercial corms,available to Droduce cut flowers.
