摘要
教师实践能力问题在教师专业发展研究中占有重要地位。通过梳理教师实践能力现有研究，其发展脉络和相关成果主要集中在5个方面：教师实践能力的定义研究、结构研究、形成过程研究、影响因素研究和提升策略研究。已有研究为我们重新认识教师实践能力奠定了基础，但是也存在一些问题。未来在该领域研究中需以“知识授受——儿童发展——教师专业化”作为指导思想，树立研究的问题意识和前沿意识，促使研究主体进行相互结合。
The research on teacher＇s practical competence of China makes progress in definition , structure, forming progress ,influential factors and promoting strategies. The outlook of teacher＇s practical competence in China is;changing the researcher＇s thought, expanding research horizont and combining the theoretical investigator with the practitioner.
