摘要
发展农产品加工业作为加速农业和农村经济发展,促进农业产业结构调整、增加农民收入的重要突破口,日益受到各级政府的重视与支持。入世在即,正确履行政府职能,积极引导农产品加工业的发展,对于新阶段的我国农业和农村经济发展至关重要。本文在阐述农产品加工业发展的特点和趋势的基础上,对农产品加工业政策目标进行预期分析,最后提出相应的政府职能界定。
Promoting agricultural products processing industry development is an important gateway to agriculture and rural economy development and adjusting agricultural industry structure and increasing farmer's income. The fact that the government takes its functions correctly is very important for development of agriculture and rural economy at a new period. Based on the discussion about the feature and tendency for agricultural products processing industry development, this paper analyses the policy goal, and concludes with related government functions.
