摘要
阐述了当前世界发达国家和我国农产品加工技术现状,着重介绍了几种目前世界发达国家普遍采用的先进农产品加工技术,并对21世纪世界农产品加工技术的发展趋势作了基本预测。
This paper sets forth the current situation of the agricultural produce processing technology in the advanced contries and China. It emphasizes on introducing several advanced agricultural produce processing technologies which are widely adopted in the advanced countries. It also predicts the trend of development in the agricultural produce processing technology in the 21st century.
