摘要
对北京市农产品加工业的竞争力进行了深入分析。分析结果表明,与其他工业部门相比,北京市农产品加工业对就业贡献巨大,但整体的产业竞争力不具备优势;与东部发达省市相比,北京市农产品加工业的产业竞争力也不强,需要政府一定扶持以促进其发展;不同行业的对比表明,北京市农产品加工业不同行业的竞争力差异显著,说明北京市要进一步优化农产品加工业的内部结构。
This paper studies thoroughly on the competitiveness of agricultural product processing industry in terms of relevant comparisons with other industries in Beijing and the eastern developed provinces and cities. It indicates that, although Beijing＇s agricultural product processing industry contributes more to the employment compared of any other industries, the whole competitive power of the industry is not superior, agricultural product processing industry is less competitive than those in the eastern devdoped provinces and cities, and the competitive powers differ dramatically in different agricultural products processing industries in Beijing. Therefore, should further optimize the internal structure of agricultural product processing industry.
