摘要
农产品加工业是推进农业产业化经营和发展农村工业化的有机结合点,对调整农业结构、增加农民收入、促进农村经济发展具有十分重要的作用。目前,铁岭市农产品加工业具有特色产品生产基地初具雏形、加工龙头企业初具规模和品牌优势日渐显现的特点。针对农产品加工业中存在的整体水平较低、技术水平落后和服务体系不健全问题,提出了强化规划指导和宏观管理、培育龙头企业、提升加工企业档次、加强服务体系建设等对策。
The development of farm products processing industry is of crucial importance to the adjustment of agricultural structure, the rise of farmers ineome, and the growth of rural economy. At present, the production base for Tieling＇s featured farm products has just been establishe,d, the leading proce,ssing industry has taken shape, and its brand advantage has come out. This article, in light of such problems existed in Tieling＇s farm products processing industry as poor overall level of development, backward technology and inade- quate service system, put forward such countermeasures as strengthening plan instruction and the macroscopic management, cultivating leading euterpriscs, promoting the grade of processing enterprises, and enhancing the construction of service system.
