摘要
目的:探讨处方点评在合理用药和个体化治疗中的作用,促进合理用药,为个体化治疗提供参考。方法:选取东莞市第五人民医院(以下简称"我院")2011年和2012年的门诊处方各5 200张,进行处方点评,对点评结果进行汇总分析,并根据点评结果制订干预和加强合理用药的规范性措施。结果:2011年抽查的5 200张处方中,合理处方4 472张,合理率为86.00%;2012年抽查的5 200张处方中,合理处方4 940张,合理率为95.00%。在2011年的728张不合理处方中,缺项处方312张(占42.86%),不合理用药处方416张(占57.14%);2012年的260张不合理处方中,缺项处方62张(占23.85%),不合理用药处方198张(占76.15%)。持续开展处方点评工作后,我院处方合理率逐渐提高。结论:处方点评对于合理用药和个体化治疗有着不可忽视的作用,对处方点评中发现的问题进行干预,可促进临床用药的合理化。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the role of prescription review on rational use of drug and individualized treatment so as to promote rational use of drug and provide reference for individual treatment. METHODS： 5 200 outpatient prescriptions in 2011 and another 5 200 in 2012 collected in the Fifth People＇s Hospital of Dongguan（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） were reviewed,based on the review results,intervention measures on rational use of drug were taken. RESULTS： Of the 5 200 prescriptions reviewed in 2011,4 472（ 86. 00%） were rational; of the 5 200 prescriptions reviewed in 2012,4 940（ 95. 00%） were rational. Of the 728 irrational prescriptions in 2011,item missing was noted in 312（ 42. 86%）,and irrational use of drug in 416（ 57. 14%）; of the260 irrational prescriptions in 2012,item missing was noted in 62（ 23. 85%）,and irrational use of drug in 198（ 76. 15%）. The prescription review resulted in improvement in the rate of rational prescriptions. CONCLUSIONS：Prescription review is of utmost importance for rational use of drugs and individualized treatment. The intervention based on the problems detected in the prescription review can help promote clinical rational use of drugs.
