摘要
目的:促进《处方管理办法》在医院病区药房中的有效实施。方法:结合实际工作,从人员素质、工作责任意识、药品规范等方面解读《处方管理办法》,并描述实施过程中遇到的困难。结果与结论:解决医嘱单纳入处方管理、药品说明书以外用药的责任、药师上岗素质要求过高、处方点评制度的实施等方面存在的问题,有利于更好地推动《处方管理办法》的贯彻执行。
OBJECTIVE： To faciliate the implementation of the new Prescription Administrative Policy in ward area pharmacy. METHODS; Based on our practical working experience, the Prescription Administrative Policy was studied from perspective of quality of personnel, sense of responsibility and drug standards etc. And the difficulty encountered in the implementation of the prescription administrative policy was explained. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Solving such problems as including medical orders in prescription management, clarifying the responsibility of irrational medication without sticking to instrcutions of drug package inserts, the demanding requirements on pharmacists＇s quality and the enforcement of precription evaluation contributes to the implementation of the new Prescription Administrative Policy in ward area pharmacy.
