缺血修饰白蛋白在脑卒中高危人群筛查中的应用价值 被引量:3

Application value of ischemia modified albumin in screening of cerebral apoplexy among high-risk population

摘要 目的探讨缺血修饰白蛋白检测在脑卒中高危人群筛查中的应用价值。方法检测3组(脑卒中组176例、脑卒中高危组2 260例、正常对照组400例)人群缺血修饰白蛋白、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血脂、糖化血红蛋白水平,进行组间比较,分析其相关性。结果脑卒中组血清缺血修饰白蛋白水平为(77.22±3.24)μ/ml;脑卒中高危组血清缺血修饰白蛋白水平为(76.42±3.45)μ/ml,两组与正常对照组[(73.41±3.72)μ/ml]比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清缺血修饰白蛋白检测在脑卒中高危人群筛查中有重要价值,高缺血修饰白蛋白血症可能是引起脑卒中的独立危险因素之一。 [Objective]To explore the application value of ischemia modified albumin in screening of cerebral apoplexy among high- risk populatiort[Methods]]The levels ofischemia modified albumin, Hey, blood lipid, blood glucose in three groups (176 cases of stroke group, 2 260 cases of stroke risk group and 400 cases of healthy control group) were detected, comparison between these 3 groups was performed for analysis of their correlation. [Results]Levels of ischemia modified albumin in stroke group was (77.22±3.24) μ/ml, that in stroke high-risk group was (76.42±3.45) μ/ml, compared with healthy control group (73.41±3.72μ/ml), the differences were all significant (P〈0.01).[Conclusion]Detection of Ischemia modified albumin has important clinical value in stroke risk groups screening and high Ischemia modified albumin levels may be one of the independent risk factors of stroke.
