摘要
利用白蛋白结合重金属钴的能力随缺血修饰白蛋白增加而下降的特性,应用OLYMPUS AU2700全自动生化分析仪建立了缺血修饰白蛋白自动化检测方法,并应用于急性冠脉综合征患者的早期诊断。结果:正常对照组为(0.297±0.043)ABSU,心肌缺血组为(0.399±0.037)ABSU,以0.383为判断阈值,诊断灵敏度为72%。实验表明缺血修饰白蛋白是评价急性心肌缺血有价值的生化指标。
Objective Based on the characteristics of the ability of albumin in binding cobalt decrease with the increase of ischemia modified albumin, an automatic method for ischemia modified albumin was established, and was applied to the early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome.The mean ABSU±s of health individuals and myocardial ischemic individual measured at 480 nm were (0.297±0.043)and(0.399±0.037), respectively. The diagnostic sensitivity was 72% with the cutoff value 0.388. This test would be served as a useful tool for the early diagnosis of myocardial ischemia.
