摘要
研究了采用硫酸化焙烧—水浸工艺从钨渣中回收钪,考察了硫酸用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、水浸温度、水浸时间、水浸液固体积质量比对钪、钨、锰、铁、硅浸出的影响。试验结果表明:最佳条件(硫酸浓度3.5mol/L,焙烧温度200℃,焙烧时间2h,水浸温度90℃,水浸时间1h,水浸液固体积质量比5∶1)下,氧化钪浸出率达93%以上;工艺简单适用。
Leaching of scandium from tungsten slag by the process of sulfating roasting-water leaching were investigated.The effects of sulfuric acid concentrate,calcination temperature,calcination time,water leaching temperature,water leaching time,water-to-solid ratio on the leaching of scandium,tungsten,manganese,iron,silicon were examined.The results show that under the best conditions(sulphuric acid concentrate of 3.5mol/L,roasting temperature of 200 ℃,roasting time of 2h,water temperature of 90℃,water leaching time of 1h,water-to-solid ratio of 5∶1),the leaching of scandium oxide is more than 93%.The process is simple and appropriate.
