Current Status and Research Progress of Tungsten Slag Treatment in China

摘要 我国是钨资源与生产大国,仲钨酸铵主要采用钨矿碱煮工艺,其生产过程产生大量的钨渣。通常钨渣中含有钨、钽铌、锡、铁、锰等多种有价金属具有极高的资源化利用价值,但同时也含有砷等重金属有毒物质而列入危废管理。本文概述了我国钨渣基本特性、管理与处置现状,梳理了钨渣无害化与资源化工艺研究进展,提出了未来钨渣处理处置建议。 With its abundant tungsten resource, China is a powerhouse of tungsten industry. Ammonium paratungstate mainly adopts alkali boiling process of tungsten ore, which produces a large amount of tungsten slag. Generally, tungsten slag contains many valuable metals, such as tungsten, tantalum, niobium, tin, iron, manganese, etc., which have high resource utilization value, but at the same time, it also contains heavy metal toxic substances such as arsenic, which is included in hazardous waste management. The basic characteristics, management and disposal status of tungsten slag in China are summarized. On the basis or reviewing the research progress of harmless and resource utilization technology of tungsten slag, some suggestions for future treatment and disposal of tungsten slag are put forward.
