摘要 研究钠碱熔融法回收钨渣中Ta和Nb的方法,采用正交设计,考察主要因素对Ta和Nb回收率的影响。确定最佳工艺条件为碱渣比1.2、熔融温度800℃、熔融时间80min、浸出时盐酸用量为理论量2.0倍,最佳条件试验获得Ta2O5和Nb2O5含量分别为3.465%和9.13%的Ta和Nb富积渣,铌和钽的回收率分别为67.6%和73.2%。 The technplogy for tantalum and niobium recovery from the tungsten residues with alkali fusing process is investigated by orthogonal experiment design. The principal influencing factors on the recoveries of Ta and Nb are studied. The optimal parameters obtained from the tests are that fusing temperature is 800℃ and the duration is 80min, HCl dosage is double of theoretic dosage and the ratio of alkali and residues is 1.2. An enriched material with the contents of Ta and Nb are 3.46% and 9.13% , respectively, is gained, and the recoveries of Ta and Nb are 73.2% and 67.6% , respectively.
