尾矿中钪矿物分选条件研究

摘要 利用传统选矿方法从尾矿的各种矿石中回收含钪矿物具有重要的经济环保意义。本文选择矿厂尾矿代替矿量不足的钪精矿进行分选含钪矿物试验研究,并对分选条件进行研究。实践结果表明:得到最佳矿浆温度为45℃,最佳PH为9.0,最佳水玻璃用量为3kg/t,最佳油酸用量为1.5kg/t,且在该条件下,回收率50.2%的钪粗精矿。 It is of great economic and environmental significance to recycle the mineral containing scandium from the ore of the tailings by the traditional mineral processing method. This choice of mine tailings instead of ore quantity shortage of scandium concentrate were studied containing scandium mineral separation, and studied the separation conditions. The practice results show that the best slurry temperature is 45℃, the best PH is 9, the best water glass content is 3 kg/t, the best oleic acid dosage is 1.5 kg/t, and under this condition, the recovery rate is 50.2% of the scandium coarse concentrate.
