摘要
选用某海上油田已经运行十五年的海管,结合宏观与微观分析、理化性能检测、SEM、XRD等技术手段,对海管腐蚀情况进行系统的评估。结果表明:海管的各项性能指标均符合标准要求,但存在轻微的二氧化碳腐蚀。最后通过室内模拟试验,并利用基于腐蚀速率的预测方法,对海管的剩余寿命进行评估,得出海管的剩余寿命为28年。
By the means of macro and micro, physical and chemical, SEM, XRD analysis, the corrosion condition of pipeline which had been used in offshore oilfield for fifteen years was evaluated. The results show that physical and chemical performances meet requirement standard, but light CO_2 corrosion exists. At the last, through simulating experiment, there is 28 years residual life based on corrosion rate prediction method.
