摘要
借助于扫描电镜、光学显微镜对汽车上摆臂HP295热轧板材断裂原因进行失效分析,通过对汽车摆臂化学成分的测定、宏观断口及显微组织的观察,确定工件内部存在严重的质量问题。分析认为奥氏体化温度过高产生的魏氏组织、MnS夹杂物沿轧制方向分布得较多、较长,是导致构件在服役时沿轧制方向断裂的主要原因。
By means of microscope and scanning electron microscope,failure analysis of automobile swing fracture was studied.According to test chemical composition,macrofractography and observation of microstructure to a failure workpiece,the results show that there are much Widmanstatten structure and more MnS inclusions in the failure workpiece,and lead to failure of swing in the rolling direction.
