易切削塑料模具钢5CrNiMnMoVSCa 中硫化物有长条状 MnS、无核心纺锤状及有核心纺锤状(Mn,Ca)S 固溶体。随着 Ca/S 增加,后两者份数增加,前者份数下降。钢中氧化物有作为硫化物核心的 Cao·2Al_2O_3,CaO·6Al_2O_3和单独存在的2CaO·Al_2O_3·SiO_2。随着钢中 Ca/S 增加,硫化物形态改善。
The composition and morphology of inclusion in free-cutting plastic die steel 5CrNiMnMoVSCa have been studied.There are three types of sulfide:Linear MnS,oval(Mn·Ca)S solid dolutionwithout and with oxide nucleus.As Ca/S increases,the portion of the two latter increases and the portionof the former decreases.There are two types of oxide:CaO·2Al_2O_3or CaO·6Al_2O_3as the nucleus ofsulfide,2CaO Al_2O_3·SiO_2as the single phase.The morphology of sulfide improves as Ca/S increases.Moreover,the mechanism of the improvement due to calcium has been investigated.
