大型原油储罐用钢腐蚀性能的研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 介绍了大型原油储罐的发展现状及其用钢腐蚀性能研究的必要性,阐述了原油储罐在使用过程的腐蚀特点和沉积水对原油储罐所引起的严重腐蚀,分析了沉积水的成分特点和腐蚀机理;结合我国原油储罐具体使用情况,说明海水腐蚀研究对大型原油储罐用钢腐蚀性能研究的参考作用;在总结碳钢和低合金钢海水腐蚀研究方法和相应研究成果基础上,提出了大型原油储罐用钢腐蚀性能研究的思路和方法;最后指出大型原油储罐用钢腐蚀性能的研究意义及其重点. The situation of the development of steels used for large crude storage tanks was introduced in this article. The corrosion features of the oil storage tanks were presented and the corrosion mechanisms of the sediment waters was analyzed, which were considered to be similar with that of the seawater corrosion, therefore the studies on the later should be of great significance of reference to the former. On the basis of the research means and the relevant research findings about the seawater corrosion, several suggestions concerning the further research directions on the corrosion of steels for storage tanks were put forward.
