摘要
随着多媒体技术在教学中的应用越来越广泛,课堂教学模式越来越多样化,翻转课堂应运而生。翻转课堂在大学英语教学中的运用能够将传统课堂学习方式的优势与网络学习的优势相结合:不仅可以使学生共享全球资源,帮助他们提高学习英语的效果,还能够培养学生自主学习能力和提高综合素质。但翻转课堂也不是万能的,它会在某些方面制约着教学实践的顺利开展。文章分析了翻转课堂在英语课堂中运用的利与弊,以期为未来教学实践提供参考。
With the wide use of information technology in teaching, a variety of teaching methods have emerged, one of which is flipped classroom. Application of flipped classroom in college English teaching combines the advantages of traditional way of teaching and the benefits of online learning. Not only does it provide students with access to global resources, but it also helps them improve their English learning efficiency and develop their independent learning and all-round abilities. However, flipped classroom are not all purpose as it has weaknesses. This paper ana- lyzes the advantages and disadvantages of application of flipped classroom in college English teaching, in hope of offering practical guidance for English teaching.
