摘要
针对现有炉篦条较复杂的生产工艺、较高的成本问题,设计了炉篦条的新型结构及其制造工艺。结果表明:所采用的新生产工艺改善了铸造工艺性,降低了生产成本,同时获得良好的综合性能,避免炉篦条崩塌散落造成烧结机台车车底镂空。
Aimed at the problems of existing furnace grate bars of sintering machine in production, such as complex production process and high production cost, a new type of grate bar structure and its casting process was designed. The application results show that the new type of grate bar exhibits a good overall performance, especially it can prevent the sintering machine from the risk of avalanche scattered trolley vehicle hollow, as well as improve the manufacturing process without increasing production costs.
