摘要 高铬铸铁中加入适量的铝和硅使其抗氧化性提高,用适量的硼、锆和钇进行变质处理使其组织细化,有利于力学性能 的大幅度提高。采用过滤网挡渣,可以减少夹杂物,提高铸铁强度、韧性和抗氧化性。所开发的高铬铸铁篦条的使用寿命超 过3年,达到、甚至超过进口篦条的水平。 The oxidation resistance of hi-chromium cast iron was increased by adding proper amount of aluminum and silicon; and its microstructure was refined by modifiying with proper amount of boron, zirconium and yttrium. As a result, the mechanical properties of the hi-chromium cast iron were increased obviously, so that the application properties of hi-chromium cast iron furnace grate bars were improved. It' s possible to reduce the amount of slag inclusion and increase strength, toughness and oxidation resistance of the cast iron by using refractory fiber filters to skim slag. The working life of developed grate bars has been more than 3 years that has reached, and even surpassed the level of imported grate bars.
