摘要
对马钢公司生产的高锰钢齿板铸件齿面冷隔纹缺陷类型进行了探讨。分析了高锰钢齿板铸件铸造工艺性、齿面冷隔纹缺陷产生的原因以及齿面冷隔纹产生的倾向性。结合分析结果,提出了高锰钢齿板铸件齿面冷隔纹缺陷的预防措施。经我公司生产实践证明预防措施是消除或减小高锰钢齿板铸件的有效手段。
In this paper, the tooth face colding - cracks of high Manganese steel toothed plate processed by MaGang Co., Ltd. were discussed. The cast technology, reasons of colding - cracks formed and tendentiousness of influences of colding - cracks formed were analysied in detail. In conclusiou with the analysis results, the preventive measures of the tooth face colding- cracks of high Manganese steel toothed plate were presented in this paper. The practice experiences show that the above measures are effective ways of removing and fading cracks of high Manganese steel casting.
