摘要
基于合金铸件宏微观断口形貌的研究,以微观相场磷共晶相建立内聚元模型,研究了压力机连杆部件出现的脆性断裂现象。在不同应力条件下加载内聚元模型并结合应力状态参数,利用用户定义子程序来判断裂纹的起裂位置和开裂方式,得到了应力作用下铸铁磷共晶裂纹的形成机理。
Based on the research of macro and micro-fractograph,the cohesive model of iron phosphide eutectic was built.The fracture of the connecting components in press machine was investigated.By loading cohesive model under different stress condition and combining stress parameters,the crack location and crack type were judged with user-defined programme.The crack forming mechanism of cast iron phosphide eutectic was obtained.
