摘要
目的建立五味清浊丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(5μm,250 mm x 4.6 mm);流动相为甲醇:0.5%乙酸溶液(30:70);检测波长:403nm;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:25℃。结果羟基红花黄色素A在0.52~41.6μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=20.752C-1.211 9,r=1.000 0。平均加样回收率为99.58%,RSD为1.5%。结论该方法简便,准确,重复性好,可作为五味清浊丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of Hydroxysaffl or yellow A in Wuweiqingzhuo pills. Methods A Kromasil C18(250mm x 4.6mm, 5μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol:0.5% acetic acid(30:70). The detecting wavelength was at 403 nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1. Results A good linearity of Hydroxysaffl or yellow A was in the range of 0.52~41.60μg·ml-1(r=1.000 0). The average recovery was 99.58% and RSD was 1.5%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility,which can be used for the quality control standard of Hydroxysaffl or yellow A in Wuweiqingzhuo pills.
