摘要
目的建立HPLC测定活血胶囊(赤芍、桃仁、川芎、当归等)中芍药苷、苦杏仁苷、川芎嗪及阿魏酸的方法。方法 Agilent HC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%甲酸水(25∶75)(v∶v);体积流量:0.8 mL/min;检测波长:芍药苷、苦杏仁苷230 nm;川芎嗪、阿魏酸315 nm。结果芍药苷、苦杏仁苷、川芎嗪及阿魏酸分别在0.033~3.3μg、0.025~2.5μg、0.019~1.875μg和0.023~2.25μg范围内线性关系良好(R=0.999 9),平均回收率分别为98.9%、99.4%、98.5%和98.3%。结论该方法准确、可靠,可行性及重复性良好,可作为活血胶囊的质量控制方法。
AIM To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determining peoniflorin,amygdalin ligustrazine hydrochloride,and ferulic acid in Huoxue Capsule(Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Persicae Semen,AngelicaeSinensis Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,etc.).METHODS The analysis was performed with Agilent HC-C18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% formic acid.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and detection wavelengths were 230 nm for peoniflorin and amygdalin,315 nm for ligustrazine hydrochloride and ferulic acid.RESULTS The peoniflorin,amygdalin ligustrazine hydrochloride,and ferulic acid samples showed a good relationship in the ranges of 0.033-3.3 μg,0.025-2.5 μg,0.019-1.875 μg and 0.023-2.25 μg(R 0.999 9),and the average recoveries were 98.9% 、99.4% 、98.5% and 98.3%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible and can be used for quality control of Huoxue Capsule.
