摘要
目的探讨窄条带结膜自体移植加巩膜暴露治疗翼状胬肉手术方法及临床效果。方法对62例（66眼）翼状胬肉行窄条带结膜自体移植加巩膜暴露手术,随访6∽24个月,观察手术效果。结果 62眼（93.94%）临床治愈,复发4眼,复发率6.06%。结论窄条带结膜自体移植加巩膜暴露术是治疗原发性和复发性翼状胬肉的较好的手术方法,能有效的降低复发率,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the narrow strip conjunctival autograft and sclera exposure therapy and clinical effects of pterygium operation method. Methods Totally 62 cases（ 66 eyes） with pterygium for narrow strip conjunctival autograft and sclera exposure operation,followed up for 6 ∽ 24 months,observe the effect of the operation. Results Totally 62 eyes（ 93. 94%） clinical cure,4 eyes recurred,the recurrence rate was 6. 06%. Conclusion The narrow strip conjunctival autograft plus bare sclera is a better. operation method for treatment of primary and recurrent pterygium,can effectively reduce the recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
