摘要
目的探讨翼状胬肉患者采用翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗的临床效果.方法选取本院2020年4月—2022年1月收治的90例翼状胬肉患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=45)采用翼状胬肉切除术治疗,观察组(n=45)在对照组基础上采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗.比较两组的临床疗效、泪膜功能及并发症发生率.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术前,两组的基础泪液分泌实验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,观察组的SIT、BUT分别为(16.87±1.58)mm/5 min、(13.67±1.15)s,均高于对照组的(14.88±2.54)mm/5 min、(11.18±2.51)s,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率为2.22%,低于对照组的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的效果理想,可改善患者泪膜功能,安全性较高,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with autologous corneal limbus stem cell transplantation for patients with pterygium.Methods A total of 90 patients with pterygium treated in the hospital from April 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=45)was treated with pterygium excision,and the observation group(n=45)was treated with autologous corneal limbus stem cell transplantation based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,tear film function and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 82.22%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there were no significant differences in schirmer I test(SIT)and tear film break-up time(BUT)between the two groups(P>0.05);after surgery,the SIT and BUT values of the observation group were(16.87±1.58)mm/5 min and(13.67±1.15)s,respectively,which were higher than(14.88±2.54)mm/5 min and(11.18±2.51)s of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.22%,lower than 13.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with autologous corneal limbus stem cell transplantation has an ideal effect on the treatment of pterygium,which can improve the function of tear film in patients with high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
