摘要
目的观察翼状胬肉三种手术方式的疗效。方法病例分为三组,采用翼状胬肉单纯切除、翼状胬肉切除+角膜缘干细胞移植术、翼状胬肉切除+生物羊膜移植术。结果翼状胬肉单纯切除术后复发率高,翼状胬肉切除+角膜缘于细胞移植术及翼状胬肉切除+生物羊膜移植术术后不复发。结论翼状胬肉手术治疗适合行翼状胬肉切除+生物羊膜移植术及翼状胬肉切除+角膜缘干细胞移植术。
Objective To measure the effects of three methods about the surgery of pterygium. Methods The patients were divided into three groups, used to the surgery of resect pterygium only, the surgery of resect pterygium and kcratoepithelioplasty, the surgery of resect pterygium and repot biological amnion. Results The rate of recur about the surgery of resect pterygium only was high, the surgery of resect pterygium and keratoepithelioplasty and the surgery of resect pterygium and repot biological amnion were not recur. Conclusion The surgery of ptreygium is fit to the surgery of resect pterygium and repot biological amnion and the surgery of resect pterygium and keratoepithelioplasty.
