广西莪术优良种质挥发油成分的聚类分析 被引量:5

摘要 利用聚类分析软件对150份不同种质桂莪术挥发油成分进行分析,为临床用药需要及选育优良桂莪术种质提供参考依据。采用GC-MS联用仪测定初步筛选出来的优良种质桂莪术挥发油成分,通过聚类分析软件筛选其特征挥发性组分并进行比较,得出不同种质桂莪术挥发油成分分析结果。结果表明:以不同变量为标准进行聚类分析,各不同种质桂莪术均能聚集成类。以莪术烯和β-榄香烯为变量均聚为3类,以莪术二酮为变量聚为2类,以莪术烯、β-榄香烯为变量聚为4类,以莪术烯、莪术二酮、β-榄香烯三者为变量聚类分为3类,以所有成分为变量聚为4类。 Using cluster analysis software to analyze 150 volatile components fromdifferent species of Curcuma kwangsiensis to provide the basis needs for clinical and selecting good C.kwangsiensis varieties.GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile components of good C.kwangsiensis varieties which were prescreened from others.The characteristic volatile components were screened and compared by the SPSS software,and then the result could be obtained from the analysis.According to the cluster analysis by usingdifferent standards,we could see thatdifferent C.kwangsiensis varieties could bedivided into classes.When Curzerene was used as the analysis standard,the samples could bedivided into 3 classes,when β-Elemene was used as the analysis standard,the samples could bedivided into 3 classes,when using Curdione as the analysis standard,the samples could bedivided into 2 classes,when using Curzerene and β-Elemene as the analysis standard,the samples could bedivided into 4 classes,when using Curzerene,β-Elemene and Curdioneas as the analysis standard,the samples could bedivided into 3 classes,and when using the whole components as the analysis standard,the samples could bedivided into 4 classes.
